Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Priority Mail: Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery (estimated 2-3 business days).
Ground Shipping: For certain items or locations, we may use USPS Ground Shipping (estimated 3-7 business days).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free Priority Mail shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package’s progress.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ProlificSociety8@gmail.com within 10 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items.
